Meet Kayden, Our Youth Pastor!
At just 16, Kayden Wood was called to lead our Youth and build up the younger members of our church!
At Community Harvest, we believe that anybody, at any age, can be called as a tool for the kingdom of God, and who are we to interfere with God’s plan for his congregation! Our youth, as of now, only has one group with all ages, ranging from elementary to high schoolers! So don’t worry about fitting in, because we accept everyone!
With the help of Katrina Collier, Kayden keeps a tight knight family on track, with all-age- friendly sermons that help with their daily walk with Jesus. She is always welcoming and eager to provide any kid with the love Jesus gives us!
Stay Involved!
SUNDAY MORNING
- The youth have the upper room as their church room, starting at 10AM for sunday school.
- Once regular church starts down stairs at 11AM, many of our youth lead worship for the whole congregation, either through dramas or singing.
- After worship, the youth return upstairs for the remaining of the service.
SUNDAY EVENING
- Service at 5PM is our official drama practice for those on our ignite drama team.
- Practice resides upstairs or outside during warmer weather.
- With Lakenzie Hornbuckle as the Drama leader, there’s fiery worship being built each night.
- Everybody is welcome to participate in the dramas, so don’t be afraid to ask!
WEDNESDAY
- As of August 12th, 2026, wednesday is for a discipleship class for our older youth, held down stairs in the main sanctuary.
- Our church members volunteer every week to provide nutritious meals for the youth every wednesday.
- The younger kids reside upstairs with Katrina Collier in place of our youth pastor.
